The Oxted and Limpsfield Choral Society
meets every Monday at 7.45pm in the Oxted United Reformed Church, in Bluehouse Lane, Oxted. If you are interested, just turn up. There is no audition. There are vacancies for all voices particularly basses and tenors.

The Society originates in the 1930’s when Sir Michael Tippett was the conductor. It was
established in its present form in 1947. The repertoire includes works by Mozart, Haydn, Bach, Handel, Fauré and modern composers such as Rutter.
The members do not come only from Oxted and Limpsfield. Many travel from as far away as Sanderstead, Dormansland, Igtham, Pembury and Sevenoaks.
There are about 45 singers.

The Hurst Green Singers is a SATB choir. of about 60
singers. It rehearses from September to May to prepare for twice yearly choral concerts. The rehearsals take place from 8pm on Tuesday evenings at St. John’s Church in Hurst Green. No auditions but
it helps if you can read music.
